Unravel

I have wrapped myself in this cocoon; it covers me from the evil torrents of cares, slanders, accusations and the possibility of recognizing myself as the helpless person that I am. I will never feel any pain in this place. If you cut me I will not bleed in this place. If you strike me I won’t hurl back in awe, I will accept it and not feel at all the pain it caused.
I have wrapped myself in this cocoon, this place of protection. A place that stops me from having a sensation of the guild that corrects me, this place oh God where un-expectantly and carelessly I have muzzled Your voice, Your thoughts and the intents of Your heart.
Please God,
Unravel me and allow me to feel again, to hear Your voice again, to gain the posture and character of your Son Jesus.
