I am sure most people have had a frozen fruit smoothie in their lifetime. Aside from the great taste, we are also attracted to the fact that it offers a good source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Some are drawn to one type of fruit whether its mangos, bananas or strawberries mixed with a little yogurt for texture. Just plain yummy for my tummy!

I've often read Hannah's story and wondered if in her position, how many times I would have wanted to take a swing at Peninnah. Peninnah was Elkanah's second wife who flaunted her ability to bear many children while Hannah the other wife of Elkanah suffered quietly and had no children of her own.
