After spending more than 10 years as a Work from Home Mom I launched a professional
organizing and time management consulting company called Simple Organized Sanity in 2008.
The mission of this company was to help moms and families save time, money, and energy be
helping them get more organized in a way that was based on biblical principles.

The passion that I had for sharing tips and tricks with other moms opened doors for me to be a
guest on numerous Talk Radio show to give Time Management Tips for busy moms. As well as
having the opportunity to author numerous articles on Time Management, Organization, and
Working from Home.

However, I felt a call into women’s ministry after seeing a need for women like myself to feel
encouraged and equipped. In July of 2010 I felt like God was asking me to trust him as he
changed directions in my life. I announced the closing of Simple Organized Sanity and took a job
as the Director of Marketing with a National Women's Ministry helping them grow their social
media platform and marketing strategy. In August of 2010 I also launched a popular blog titled
Love’s Notes. It is a place where I share information about Time Management, Organization,
Marketing, Social Media, and Faith.

I loved every moment that I spent with the staff at the ministry I was working with and would have loved to stay
much longer but God had other plans. He opened the doors in February of 2011 to found a
new approach to women’s ministry called LeadHer. He moved quickly to put the right people
into the right places in his timing and the ministry is due to launch on May 1, 2011.

I feel privileged to work with this amazing team of women each day as we prayerfully pursue
his purpose and passion to encourage, equip, educate, and exemplify biblical leadership for
women to make a difference in their sphere of influences.

I live in SW Missouri with my husband Bob. Combined we have four beautiful children that
we are raising under the age of nine… each day is an adventure but it is one that I walk with
confidence that his plans are for good to grant us a future and a hope.
