I have served on staff at two churches in Equipping and Women's Ministries. I love speaking to groups and leading classes online. You are NOT going to understand how to do some things when hitting the Extra Areas.
But is VERY simple once you see how. There will be very brief video tutorials for each little thing.

Play around, Move Around. Set up your Profile. See Mine for where to put extra stuff.
Mine is NOT polished up yet. It was just to get stuff on.
You cannot access the FORMAL Forum until I have approved you.
Unless the system auto asks you for your email.
Then it will allow you in. LOTS is going to happen in here the next 5 days.
