Amy is a true Cajun princess who is on a mission to minister to women via the World Wide Web. Her preferred method of ministering is through writing but she can often be found with a microphone strapped to her head and caught in her hair while speaking to lost and hurting women. She has a heart for encouraging and equipping them and she is a firm believer that a woman’s first ministry should be to her family.

After many years of leading women's groups, God appointed her as a missionary to the world via the internet. It was then that she co-founded some inspiring and practical sites for Christian women.

Her passionate pursuits saturate such endeavors as A Woman Inspired online conferences and online ministry training for women. She is also responsible for the Christian Women Toolbar. Amy is a sought after consultant for blog designers and online ministry leaders.

Amy is a regular columnist for some of the Christian circuit’s most popular websites and her ramblings have been published in several publications. She was cover girl for CWO Magazine in August of 2008, her works were featured on Inside Out (a Christian television program), and she was featured in an article by Leslie Pepper in the February 2010 edition of Woman's Day magazine.

As a professionally trained speaker, Amy has spoken at retreats, women's events, conferences, and small home groups. She is a graduate of She Speaks. She received a degree is in Business Administration/Accounting and she has continued her education by completing additional courses or workshops provided by previous employers, the local community college, and church. They include the following: print design, marketing, advertising, InDesign, Adobe CS3, web marketing, internet trends, public speaking, selfless service, divorce recovery, biblical parenting, blended families, and several marriage workshops.

Women Competing In Ministry

It is a sad truth that most of us women find ourselves on the wrong end of the true purpose in ministry. After investing time, energy, and resources we look for the fruit of our labor as if to wear it on the sleeve of the fabulous new top that we got on sale just last week at Kohls. After all, nothing spells out a woman’s worth like her accomplishments and abilities, or does it?

Is our purpose to feel worthy or to expand His kingdom?
