Do you like to do behind the scene support? Working in direct communication with our Radio Hosts, CWA TV hosts, CWA Webinar Team?
When a new host or team member comes aboard we need to 'set them up'.
You would need to feel comfortable on the computer.
Nothing major, but able to format etc- similar to writing a Blog Post.
Be a good communicator! Being in direct communication through email with the team (which you would be on)
Able to stay on top of communication ~answering and responding to emails promptly.
We have 3 shows as part of CWA TV. We want to build that to a full time show schedule!

Anyway, I loved the idea of MomTV and others. My immediate thought was, I wow, this would be so awesome as Christian Based. Mind you, I have NOTHING against these other sites, I applaud them for putting it together. But I want to build it around the Christian Woman. We need someone at CWA to be on fire to build this team of hosts. Our channels, although they are christian based, they do not need to be a bible study etc. We as Christian Women live lives full of diverse topics! We talk about health, social, fashion, fitness, romance, ...well you get the idea!
Does the idea of getting the word out and working with our hosts as they come on board sound interesting to you?
Do you catch the vision of CWATV?
We need someone that will seek out and get CWA TV growing. It's only due to lack of marketing in this area that it has not happened.
The Coordinator can also take on setting up accounts at Stickam for our Hosts. This is simple, and you would be trained.
Be available if a hosts needs attention.
I see a position here that eventually others would come on under to assist. You can even build your own team.

Blog Talk Radio Producers for CWA Radio
Ok, That sounds intense. We have CWA Radio on BlogTalk Radio.

We have a Branded Profile where we have 3 shows a day, 7 days a week. We have awesome features that come with the package we have at BTR.
This position is to be present during each of the shows to help work with the host.
PLEASE NOTE HERE!
You can offer to be a Producer for a specific show/shows. No one has to take on all 21 shows!
Previewing Call In's (which through our network, its Click To Talk, people do not even need a phone. Although they can still call in).
Learning the Switchboard is very simple. You would assist the host, help in the chat-room during the show. Providing any needed moderation of the Chat-room and also interacting with people in the chat room during the live show. Posting re-cap of something the host said, like maybe a link. Or reminding people to sign in to BTR and then hit the chat-room.
All things that are easily learned. We, CWA would list you on our CWA Radio Profile as CWA Radio Producer. It would include Link back to where ever you want. Also this position is a free membership to CWA Network. You will be listed as a Senior Team Member of CWA. With Bio and all link backs listed on our Senior Team Page inside CWA.

Love to interact with others in a forum setting discussing your area of expertise, passion or intrigue? We have 2 Forums inside Christian Women Affiliate.
The Formal Forum and The Freedom Forum.
I will not go into describing them, as you will see them if you are in the network. We need women who will commit to coming in and heading to the forum that they are assigned to once a day. To make sure posts are responded to, answers given where needed. Input shared. Thus the reason why we want women to stick with the areas they have 'Know How' in! I will say the
Freedom Forum is less formal and most women could moderate in there.
