Some of the 'Positions' are listed over on the
TEAM page. (you can click and head there to read. they are different)
This page here is still all team positions, but laid out more as projects. As why should one person take on all administrative responsibilities or CWA Radio responsibilities, etc.
So, read through below and see if any of these projects are something you might be interested in doing.
These can be long term or step in and do what you can!
Know that, although all positions at CWA/TRW are volunteer, we all work together. You will be listed as a CWA Team Member and probably another title that fits what you do. Are titles important? Well, we know we are ALL important. A title just helps when it comes to the next thing we do, and we need to write down on an application. So, yes, sometimes it's important.

1) I will tell you that Melissa Smallwood has taken the position of CWA TV Network Administrator. That brings up our first opening!
Melissa is releasing a NationWide Casting Call for Christian Women to become a Host for CWA TV. We are working to make CWA TV the premier faith based online TV network. Streaming live video from our Hosts and Christian Events happening across the country. WOOT! This all sounds very techie! Melissa needs an assistant. Most likely more than one as we grow.
What is she looking for?
We use Stickam as our Live Streaming. Each Host gets set up as a
CWA TV host. See a sample

That is Barbara's Profile. She hosts the Madre Minutes CWA TV Channel.
Each new host needs her Stickam Profile set up, and then her Channel Page here inside CWA.
We have totally laid out the 'How To' of how to set up both pages. You will be given privileges to access areas of CWA that you need to, to add the pages.
You will be in Direct Contact with the CWA TV hosts after Melissa approves them. You will work with getting the info you need from them to be able to set up. Then, you will be finished with that part. :)
This is a position I would like to get right up on so we can be ready when the hosts start applying. We are going for a Mid June opening! Hit me right away with interest in this.

You need to be able or willing to learn how to copy and paste code (themes) for Stickam and working in CWA pages. Basic formatting like with a blog post.
Able to communicate well and stay on top of returning emails.
With the growth of CWA Radio we need lots of hands on board! This is so exciting! At full capacity we run 21 shows a week. That is 3 One Hour Shows a day EVERY day of the week. Each show is hosted by a different host. So we have 21 Hosts. (some have co-hosts) At this time~ May 14th, 2010, we have 12 Hosts. As we JUST upped our act to handle 21. SO! We will be having a lot of new hosts getting set up.
This is what we need covered...
-----> Each New Host needs to submit certain info once she is brought on to the team. She would submit that info to you and you add it to the
CWA Radio Channel Guide here inside CWA. Again, who ever takes this on will be given access to that page and any page she needs at CWA. Each of our Hosts also need to have their own PERSONAL BlogTalk Radio profiles set up. Now, We have instructions for them on how to do this. But is good for them to have extra help if they need it. Some Hosts come to us with very little tech knowledge. Again, very teachable area.
Once a New Host is set up all around, then she is good to go! We have all the training laid out for them. I step in and help with actually getting them comfy hosting.

-----> We have a New Domain: CWARadio.com that needs to be set up. I can and will set up the site. The big job that comes after is not hard, just tedious. But So important!
The Site will be set up like a blog, but each post will actually be an individual episode along with its description and tags. Each post will be assigned to it's 'category' which will be the shows name.
----> example: All of KB Women Radio shows will be published under KB Women Radio. So when someone comes to the site, they can with one click get to all archives of their shows. That is hard to do on blogtalk radio itself.
This is simple to do. Grabbing the individual player code from the episode, pasting it along with the show description in the post and hit PUBLISH. The thing is, is that we have like 150 archived shows right now! Once they are all inputted we can then STAY current.
I can assign more than one person privileges to post on the CWARadio.com site. So this does not have to be just one person taking this on. After we are all caught up, we need someone or a team to input the shows to stay current. Can be daily, or every few days, or even once a week. Remember at full capacity we will be 21 shows a week. This is something totally done at the time that works for you!

Again, kinda comfy with like posting a blog post will make a big difference. But I have trained all the writers of my magazine how to do just that. So I can train too. :)

This just means show up logged in as CWA Radio, hit the chat room as a Co-Host and help during the show.
Re-post links the host says, post questions, answer questions for listeners, remind them to login, be-friend women in the chat room. (request to be friends on BTR profile, simple, is just a click)
All things that you can learn so easily. I want to see every show have a producer. You will be listed as producer for that show. More deets on your expressed interest.
Please be sure when emailing me that you state directly how many shows, or which shows.
Of course this is commitment, as your Hosts will count on you. All producers can be in touch with each other as they can contact if they cant make it and another producer step in.
With 21 Shows, I anticipate having at least 3 Producers.

Social Networking!
We have our CWA Facebook Page. I need to give Admin rights and allow CWA Radio, CWA Webinars, CWA TV, to each be posted on the wall as needed. Tagging the Hosts & their FB pages along with adding the link to their 'show' and time etc. As we grow, we will combine a lot so we are not clogging up everyones Facebook Feeds with a Gazillion Updates! But we do need someone to be on this. :)
Would have to be up on schedules of all. Posting the morning is best for the day. All depends on time of shows.
Also using our CWATweets Twitter account to tweet out. This can be made to happen together.
Speaking of our CWA Tweets account~ We want to start following Christian Women. I just do not have time to go in and do this. I will get software to target Christian Women, but will need someone to work it.

I have to add this in. I'm not sure what I would hand over. But I know that I am supposed to be doing other areas and get bogged down with things I don't have time to do. I have to think this through more, but IF God lays it on your heart, contact me! This would be a position of great trust with me. Even though this is volunteer, I out compensation through something we offer in CWA.

I want to see input, input, input in the CWA Directory! Adding Resources, that fall under all the many many many categories. So women can come and find everything right here at CWA.
We need admins in CWA to help others too.
Help and Moderate, Stimulate in the Forum. (which I am fixing up to be more effective)
